The school has a house system consisting of four houses named after the famous Indian mountain ranges i.e. Aravali, Himadri, Vindhya and Shiwalik with the aim of fostering learning with the value of team spirit, peer group support, leadership and responsibility. The houses are represented by 4 different colours yellow, green, red and blue respectively. The motto of the house system is “our peace shall stand as firm as a mountain.” It gives the students an identity and encourages a sense of pride in promoting the values of their respective houses.
These houses promote positive competition and closer rapport between students and teachers. In order to develop the competitive edge among the students various inter-house activities are organised throughout the year. The students are encouraged to explore their creative potential with these activities and learn to celebrate victory and defeat with equanimity.
Each year, at the culmination of the academic session the winning house that has performed in an outstanding manner, receives the house trophy and the prestigious title of “HOUSE OF THE YEAR”.
