It has been twenty two years since our endeavours to blend Indian values with Global outlook. The experience has been very encouraging. I am resolute to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where gifted and talented students are encouraged to explore their potential and achieve their personal best in all aspects of school life.
It is undeniable that we live today in a world that is very different from the one we grew up in or the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education. Education is not just a process of giving knowledge for a future job but a lifelong process which creates an understanding of moral and ethical values to guide one’s life.
The motto of the DMPS is Work is Worship.This motto encapsulates the resilient power of our community and how much we can achieve when we work together.It is a powerful catalyst that will continue to power our vision of a braver,kinder and better world for coming generations that we are preparing our students to create. This is the ideal towards which we all strive. ‘To encourage the weak, guide the average and nurture the gifted’ is the teaching vision of DMPS. We serve all those students who deserve better, whether privileged or underprivileged with the best of all-round education.
We strongly believe that parental involvement in the child’s education process is both a gift to the child and a gift to the school. Parents, students and the school authority are our team and complement each other’s efforts. This partnership is strongly encouraged and highly valued at DMPS.
