The NCC aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, a secular outlook, the spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service amongst the youth. NCC inculcates in the youth a sense of nationalism and secular outlook. It not only gives them thrill and excitement but also makes them understand the values of honesty, truthfulness, self-sacrifice, perseverance and hard work.
